These baked mushrooms are to die for!

I'm a big fan of mushrooms, so when I saw this recipe for baked mushrooms, I just had to try it out. And boy, am I glad I did! These are by far the best mushrooms I've ever had.

The recipe is very simple – all you need is some butter, garlic, and your favorite mushroom type. I used a mix of portobello and shiitake mushrooms, but any type will work.

First, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, then add the mushrooms. Cook until the mushrooms are soft and slightly browned, then remove from heat.

Transfer the mushrooms to a baking dish and bake for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce (I used ranch dressing) and enjoy!
